REGARDING DAMAGES INCURRED DURING SHIPPING
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or broken, please send pictures of the damaged packaging and jewelry along with your order number to handmadebyhannon@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Please note that you may be asked to send damaged items back to receive a refund.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method less shipping.
